International Focus

International Focus

The College is committed to extending learning beyond the classroom and, to meet this aim, we have a pupil-led ‘International Forum’ which works to raise awareness of global issues. This group has supported successful visits from schools in Taiwan and Denmark and has worked on a number of extra-curricular projects, including an award winning art project commemorating the Rwandan Genocide. We think it is important to connect our pupils with the world beyond Cambridgeshire to broaden their horizons, raise their aspirations and make them truly feel part of a global community.

The film below shows pupils who had hosted Taiwanese visitors in school for a week reflecting with their visitors on what they had learnt from the experience.
